Tabatha McGurr

Born in France and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Ms. McGurr brings a diverse mix of real estate experience, retail knowledge and local expertise to the GoodSpace team. Heavily immersed in New York’s Downtown art and fashion scene, she provides a first-hand understanding of where retail and culture intersect.

Ms. McGurr brings her unique approach to the strategy and execution of transactions for Supreme, Glossier, Chloe, Panerai, Snow Peak, Tavros and many others. 

Ms. McGurr is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and a member of REBNY and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Chris DeCrosta

With over 20 years experience in retail real estate, Mr.DeCrosta is the founding principal of GoodSpace NYC. Mr. DeCrosta has completed transactions across the globe for Apple, Glossier, Tesla, Rivian, Cartier, Panerai, Chloe, Supreme, Tiffany & Co., Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Isaia, and numerous others. These locations have included both neighborhood stores and high-profile flagships in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, London, Berlin and Paris.

Mr.DeCrosta has been intimately involved with many of New York City’s emerging markets, such as Meatpacking, SoHo, the Financial District and Williamsburg. An early proponent of Brooklyn and its neighborhoods, he proudly represented Apple, Tesla, Rivian, Supreme, J. Crew, Vans and many others in the first locations in the borough.

Mr.DeCrosta is a licensed real estate broker in New York, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. Mr. DeCrosta received a B.A. in English from Kenyon College.

Roberto Rhett

As a founding member of GoodSpace, Mr. Rhett has executed dozens of leases with a diverse roster of tenants and landlords for retail, office, and industrial alike. This experience has allowed him to bring a wholistic approach to transactions on behalf of Rivian, Tesla, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Shake Shack, Todd Snyder, Shop Bop, Vans Skatepark, Small Door Vet, Juno Health, Stumptown, Black Seed Bagels, King David Tacos and Matchaful and many others.

Mr. Rhett has also proudly represented Landlords such as Meyer Bergman, Tidal, The Mann Group, Alloy, Ash NYC, L3, ASB, and Criterion Group.

Mr. Rhett is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. He has degrees in Economics and Latin American Trade from Connecticut College.

Veronika Doleckova

Born in Prague, Czech Republic, Ms. Dolečková brings years of experience in international news and retail management to the GoodSpace team. She oversees everyday operations and marketing.


Ms. Doleckova is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She graduated from Charles University in Prague with degrees in Marketing Communication and Public Relations.

Hank O’Donnell

Mr. O’Donnell is founding partner at GoodSpace NYC. He focuses on Landlord representation and strategic expansion for Tenants in prime retail markets throughout New York City. As a long-time Brooklyn resident, he specializes in the rapidly evolving Brooklyn retail markets of Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn, Dumbo, and Bushwick among others.

His work in Williamsburg over the last decade has reshaped the neighborhood into the global retail, dining, and nightlife hub it is today. Mr. O’Donnell has worked in the New York City Commercial Real Estate Industry since 2011 and has completed transactions on behalf of national Tenants such as Apple, Gucci, Rivian, Bottega Veneta, Vans, J.Crew, Tesla, Snow Peak and Shake Shack. He has executed leases on behalf some of the cities most prominent ownership groups such as Midtown Equities, L3 Capital, Tidal Real Estate Partners, and Redsky Capital.

Mr. O’Donnell is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. He has degrees in Sociology and Urban Studies from Tulane University.
